I file by state, by casino in alphabetical order. For NV, I file by city, by casino with seperate binders for LV, Reno and other cities. I do leave spaces sometimes but it is not always enough. There are too many chips to leave spaces for every chip I do not have. I do not move chips to a separate binder when they become obsolete or are no longer in use. Better in my opinion to keep all chips from a casino together.
