I still cannot find the mailer from there, but I did find some notes from when I was checking on rates and availability for the convention.
Tuesday June 24th through Sunday June 29th (5 nights) was $186 at the Hotel San Remo. Same 5 nights w/ the Convention Rate at the Trop is costing $362.97.
Keep in mind that I lost my a$$ at the Trop last June and that I have not given the San Remo ANY action *** in 1 1/2 years and then you be the judge about "cheap" rooms.
I chose to stay at the Trop for the Convention this year because: (multiple choice)
I am an Idiot
I am too lazy to walk across the parking lot
I wanted to support the Club and it IS convenient to stay at the Host hotel.
***Unless you count the infamous Keno Incident last year
