They are supposed to have be used in making a movie called "Lucky Man". Here's a comment taken from a current ebay auction:

"These chips were designed for the Crystal Oyster Casino movie set from an upcoming movie. This is an independent short film entitled "Lucky Man" was shot in October 2001, It will be sent to film festivals all over the USA and the world."

When they were shown on the Chipco website, a while ago, they weren't able to mention the movie, but then several months later the person who was selling them on ebay, started referring to the movie by name.

Even though it's a short film I guess it's taking them a long time to edit it
