I neeeeeeeeeeed a few specific hub mold chips. I’m willing to buy them outright or make a trade. Examples of these chips were posted on The Chip Board a while ago, but the images are no longer available. So… I made a drawing of the hotstamp on two of the chips and scanned that.

The GB chip is known in yellow, and the FJH chip is known in white, but I’m speculating that both chips exist in white, red, blue, and yellow.

I’m also looking for a hub mold chip hotstamped DSC and a Lion Crest & Seal chip. A scan of the Lion chip is below. I borrowed it from Rich Hanover’s web site. (Yup, I asked him first. ) BTW, the link below is to Rich’s web site. Very cool!

You’re probably not wondering, but I’ll tell you anyway. The hotstamped hub mold chips have been attributed to San Francisco. I started a collection of San Francisco chips a few years ago and I’m missing these three. The Lion chip is for another display for the kid’s room. Lions and Tigers and Bears… in chips. I’ve discovered that the more chip and gambling memorabilia I display in the kid’s room the more angry my mother-in-law gets. The angrier she gets the less she visits!
