The Ballots will be out this week! Certainly later than I had anticipated, but nonetheless, they will be out in time for voting and awarding at the Convention.

I can assure you that next years process will be begin sooner and be complete by this time of the year!

As for your other questions.... Yes, only those who made a nomination may participate in the Judging process. That is the 175 figure.

You have asked if scans are available.... The short answer is yes, but just not yet. For the most, nearly all of the OTY nominees are posted at the Viewing Site, along with many that are not. Once the Judge's Pamphlets are mailed (again, this week) my next project will be to take down the Viewing Site and establish it as the Top Ten Viewing Site, where in all the nominees (and only those nominees) will be posted.

BTW-The 175 is a far greater number that last year. The specific number escapes me right now, but I recall printing only 125 Judge's Pamphlets last year, and that number included the extras that we needed for administrative purposes.
