I need an explanation - not just pictures. I can see that a plaque is generally larger and rectangular, but I've also seen round gaming tokens called plaques - were they just mislabled?

And I can see that a Jeton seems to be translucent and made of pearl or pearlized-plastic, but is that the only difference?

Again, thanks for taking time to post the scans, but I'm still looking for a good explanation of the differences (to add to the Beginner's FAQ)...
