LOL Donald....I'm sure that 99% of the people would disagree with you....but I for one think the same as you do, anything that is posted on the Internet becomes "Public Domain". I think the reason that people are upset about the scans is that it's a business to alot of people and not just a hobby. It's ALOT of work to gather chips, post scans on Web Pages, pay fees,and do all the business transactions....business is very competitive and that includes chipping.

I don't use other's scans, but i wouldn't think twice if someone used mine.
