If a person had an idea for a new product that he/she was certain to be a "winner", would it be wise to consult a patent lawyer first or possibly submit the idea to a company such as Inventions Submissions Corp.? Even though ISC offers a confidentiality agreement up front, would it still be wise to submit the idea? Thanks ahead of time.
