I don't see where this should be called selling chips from beneath a rock. It looks like a great idea to spread the word around that there are people out here that collects chips. There is no under the counter deception in his adds. Who ever bids knows exactly what he is buying and who knows, maybe he will start looking to see if there are more of the same to add to his collection. More power to the guy.
