World's Biggest Poker Game to be Played this Weekend at Binion's Horseshoe!

Binion's Horseshoe will host one of the largest poker games in history, as a small gathering of poker superstars and high-limit players will be gathering on the "old" side of the famous casino-hotel to stage what could go down as a record-sized poker game.

According to reports, limits for the game are expected to be $20,000-$40,000, with a mix of games to be played. Based on these astounding limits, it's expected that each player may have in excess of one million dollars (or more) on the table. It's conceivable that the amount of money on the table could top the $10 million mark.

This poker game will take place only steps away from the same spot where the famous heads-up poker duel between Nick 'the Greek" Dandolos and Johnny Moss took place back in 1951. That was arguably the most famous match in poker history. Now, several great poker champions and assorted businessmen are expected to sit down and test their poker skills in the same casino which has become synonymous with the great game of poker, for generations.

Binion's Horseshoe has hosted the World Series of Poker every year since 1970. This huge international event has become the biggest and most prestigious gambling tournament in the world.

"The Big Game" is expected to start at 1:00 pm PST on Saturday, May 3, 2003. The special game area will be roped off, but will be viewable by visitors and media. The location is expected to be on the far east wall of the main pit in the casino, near the blackjack tables.
