Well we will have to get Leo Tan in on this but I would guess that it is a little of both. I bought mine about 1.5 years ago and paid about $45 for it (excellent shape) at the time there were a lot of bidders and this was the only one I saw for a while.

There are still relatively few being auctioned (I don't track them but glance every now and then) and have not been following the prices as closely. But have noticed that this and the ZZ Top wasn't finishing as high. Probably more than one crazy bidder like me driving up the prices back then.

This one interests me because I was at the Hard Rock when this was released (it was back when the HRH was brand spanking new). Of course I wasn't a collector at the time and didn't think much about it.
