Fran - I have serial No. 00009. I also have the other 3 plaques in the series. In the late 1970's when these plaques were made, 100.000 Bef (Belgian Frank) was equivalent to about US$2,500.00. Given the high face value, it seems unlikely any of the plaques in this series left the casino while it was open. My records show only 100 of each denomination were made. Approximately 20 of each denomination were spared destruction and entered the collector market. The U. S. A. flag plaque is my all time favorite plaque, due to it's design.
