I have some of these chips and was curious about why they had no name. I posted a message here on the Chipboard and also emailed Foxwoods. They replied and told me the chips were from their
original bankrolls from 1992. When Foxwoods originally opened there were no slot machines or a hotel. They were simply a Bingo Hall and Casino. The chips they ordered for their opening had not arrived and they used the chip you have. He also said that one of the rarities of that chip is the fact that it is a solid color and is very unusual for a live chip not to have edge markings. I received a few responses from the Chipboard that indicated a value at that time up to $8. Hope this helps.
