Nice scan, Dick. I notice that most chips depicted are either of the K-Clubs or the K-Hearts (suicide king). They must be the "photogenic" ones in the deck! An interesting note about that chip on the bottom, the King of Clubs in Washington: it never even opened! The Washington "King" casinos didn't do any better.
A quick check of Nevada casinos also shows some short-lived "King" casinos: 4 Kings (Vegas), King of Clubs (Sparks), Kings Inn (Reno), and another that never opened: Kings Crown.
