My favorite DVD is Journey 2001 Taped at Mandalay Bay in 2001. I may not have perfect pitch but I do have a good memory for music and I would notice if there is a difference between an origional recording and the live performance. I may not know what the note should be but I would know if a note was played wrong. Most instruments can be tuned for a spacific note and the rest will fit right in. In the DVD 2 members of the group were not there for the origional recording. (Lead Vocals and the drummer ) The performance on the DVD seems to be an exact duplicate of the origional recording. Now here is a guy with 17 drums and 23 Cymbals that was not at the origional recording session. How does he know what to hit?
