I was using the Checkmate software and was unable to back up to floppy or cd trying a few different ways. It would be nice to be able to save the info to put on a new computer or in case something happened to the computer it is loaded on.

I also noticed when I printed out my collection, I would not be able to get the description of a chip. For example Hard Rock, you had all the information including TCR number but unless you had all of those memorized, you would not know what chips (Bob Seger, Who, Sammy Hagar etc.) that you had in your collection so when looking to buy new chips, if you looked at your printout, it wouldn't have that description on it. Other than those two things it works well.
