What have I got here?..a box marked NEHL Bridge Chips that are Seymour's code PD-QG Cut Rim. There are 40 white stamped "10", 36 red stamped "100", and 16 blue stamped "1000", 5 yellow stamped "VUL", and 3 green stamped "Part Score".
