I second your feelings. As a seller I usually charge exact shipping (no handling) on heavy items and $1.00 or less on small items. I take Paypal, check, or money order and ship immediately for club members.

There are other items (not chip related) that I would like to bid on but when the seller is asking for 3.95 to 8.00 to ship items that weigh less than one pound, I won't bid.
