I would think that it is must. I believe that all Harrah's use military time. It takes a new employee who has not been exposed to it a while to adjust, but it just becomes second nature after a while.

My kids try to take advantage of my use of military time though. "Be home at 1800" "I didn't know what 1800 was, Dad!" (at 1900)
