I, like many of you were saddened to hear of the untimely death of Dan. And I wanted to share a story about how I will always remember Dan. I met Tammy and Dan about three maybe even four years ago while I was selling some Hard Rock chips. Dan begged me to sell him some chips especially the then desirable ZZ Tops and Hootie chips.

He was so excited when I sold him one, like a kid having snuck a candy bar from his parents. He told me he needed more for his sons collection and thus started his insatiable appetite for casino chips. I still remember Tammy and Dan selling those Amagosa chips and the joy the both of them had just talking to people about CHIPS!

Dan loved chips... Dan loved people... His excitement was contagious and his love for this hobby genuine.

I'm glad I had the opportunity to know you. You'll be missed Dan. To Tammy and the kids, my condolences to you... He was a wonderful person.
