Archie, these were from Reno--Harrah's specifically. The ones with the stars on them. I've been getting them UNnotched for $1.00 and $2.00 each which is why I wouldn't pay $5.00 for notched ones.

Patience wins out (at least in my case) as I seem to eventually get what I want for the price I feel I am willing to pay.
