I have seldom seen chips advertised or described this way. Most often the term "casino quality" is used to describe the weight & composition you desire. You should know, however, that these kinds of chips are available from the manufacturers for home use & private games, so that type of search will not necessarily yield only casino chips.

There are four major, current manufacturers of chips used in the US. B&G, Chipco, PaulSon & Bud Jones. The first three use very similar compositions. BJ uses a compound which has more plastic but is still very weighty & durable.

There have been many, many different molds used to produce chips. I would suggest you invest in a couple of good price guides for the area you wish to collect so that you know the value of your purchases.
