For the past few months ... or longer ... I've been experiencing some very frustrating problems sending email via Outlook Express. When I type out my message and click "send", my email automatically goes to the "OUTBOX" where it is stored and I'm unable to send stored messages in the Outbox unless I restart or shut down the PC and click on Send/Receive or hit the F5 key after re-booting. Eventually, the email will go ... but it should go the first time when I press "Send" and not be transferred to the Outbox.

There is no problem receiving email. There is no problem sending email from email links on message board posts.

Any solutions/suggestions?

Is there a download available someplace where I can re-install Outlook Express on my HP computer equipped with ME operating system ... or is there something else wrong?
