The Red small key chip is 10 cent Golden Bank N7396. Supposed to be a hot stamp but looks like a Silk Screen to me.
The Blue samll key is a Greyhound Casino, Reno N5100. This was a silk screened chip and the printing didn't hold up well. It's readable with good light.
