Gambling in the Spa, Casino Chips and Collectibles by Wayne Threadgill is a good reference. It contains casino history and color pictures of chips, dice and other items.The Illegal Chip Guide by Ed Hertel is another good reference. The books can be ordered directly from the authors. I do not have their email addresses. I'm sure someone will post them.
