And because, as I have said here before, I don't give a damn about my feedback rating (and therefore don't worry about retaliation), I would leave neutral feedback for a seller who did that to me. Doesn't quite irritate me enough to leave negative feedback, but it's close.

IMO, feedback should not be determined solely on the basis of the success or failure of the specific transaction. The business practices and ethics of the participants are fair game for feedback comment.
