The Primrose was the fore runner to the Latin Quarter. It would be considered Wilder, KY. In reality you would never know you left Newport and entered Wilder if not for the sign.
I have the brown chip you are talking about.
It is wishful thinking to say it is from The Primrose. I know of no chips that can be attributed to the club.
