If you paid by paypal please initiate a chargeback. Its not just that you didn't read the auction. He is deliberately deceptive. First he lists the auction not under the category for "information" second he claims to be giving you a website where you can buy items cheaply, in fact he didn't he gave you a website for a ponzi scheme.
