Hell there: Need a little help. Have a fairly new HP scanner, scanjet 4570c. Experiencing slow operations and sometimes even quits. Message comes up on screen, Hi speed USB device plugged into non HI speed USB HUB. Must add a Hi speed USB host scanner. I have searched HP`s site and Micro soft and still no downloads for a Hi speed USB. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.
