"..........every time people had a problem with a chip release they would pick up the phone & call Gaming! Collectors did it & so did some dealers. So, those of you who whined to Gaming can take credit for the Riviera chip being denied & no doubt many others. The ONLY reason someone should be calling Gaming is if you feel you were cheated in a Casino or the Casino will not cash any live chips you have."

I couldn't agree with you more. I was going to post almost the same thing. All Gaming ever hears are those who complain about Ltd's for one reason or another and probably rarely if ever hear from those with anything good to say. I think a collector who has a complaint or suggestion should take it up with the individual casino and leave Gaming out of it. I think most casinos will listen to the collectors.
