..........every time people had a problem with a chip release they would pick up the phone & call Gaming! Collectors did it & so did some dealers. So, those of you who whined to Gaming can take credit for the Riviera chip being denied & no doubt many others. The ONLY reason someone should be calling Gaming is if you feel you were cheated in a Casino or the Casino will not cash any live chips you have.

As for what Dave Harber wrote below.......
