Clinton was not "impeached", he was Impeached. He wasn't convicted and removed from office by a majority vote of the United States Senate. Nixon was not "impeached" nor Impeached. He knew he had broken the law and he resigned.

Clinton knew he broke the law and with the help of his friends, stayed in office. That will forever be his legacy, and the legacy of his supporters. Lying under oath is okay if your guy signs on to your agenda.
