O.K. I'll accept the accounting of President Clinton's "impeachment". The fact remains that he was not driven from office in disgrace through an impeachment proceeding as was Nixon and instead chose to stand and fight the charges brought against him ... which I personally view as courageous.... and it is very obvious that you do not like the man.

So if Clinton was indeed "impeached" how come he was not removed from office? Or is it simply a meaningless declaration like we've heard from the Iraq Information Officer?
