Here is an image of the denied Riviera chip. I heard about its denial earlier in the week and more importantly it's reason for denial (that it "promoted chip collecting"). Initially I was shocked but from the rumors I have been hearing lately concerning the NGCB and the way they are cracking down on the LE chip collecting hobby I guess I shouldn't have been too surprised.
