if maybe the religious right folk have a new plan to kill evil gambling--have greedy law makers do it for them with excssive taxation. Note that Nevada is going to increase taxes but that the casinos were consulted there and agreed in principle to an increase. Of course, they weren't being asked to pay 70% gross.
