Just acquired from Steve Blust this is an unusual chip in that it only has one insert, not to mention that it is a low denomination (actually, a NCV) chip with an insert. I guess the hot stamp keeps the production cost low.

I'm advised that these have been used as NCV 5's (for match play) and are handed out in exchange for a coupon sent to past guests as an enticement to return.

A little dirty, but otherwise is nice condition.
