I do not prefer foreign over American across the board.

However if the choice is pro-American or anti-American, I would pick pro-American 100% of the time ----even if the pro-American is foreigner.

For example, given the choice I would vote for Margaret Thatcher or even Tony Blair before I would vote for Tom Daschle for president.

BTW, who owns Fox? I assume you're not talking about Rupert Murdoch, who is a U.S. citizen.
