I just decided to tune in to one of the TV news networks to see what was going on in the war. As a liberal, I prefer to see what the conservatives are saying -- hoping they'll even out my bias. But Fox is such a joke. They reported on the death of one of Saddam's main guys, whom they repeatedly referred to as "Chemical" Ali. Over and over again, repeated mentions of this nickname. Within a 10-minute report, I counted more than 20 uses of the nickname. I believe they used his real name once, early on, and quickly. A news organization that uses propaganda nicknames repeatedly, while refusing to reiterate a human being's name is a piece of garbage news organization. Some of you may want to think about that when you decide where you get your information.
In the interest of full disclosure -- Yes, I am a journalist. I don't report on TV. I don't report on the war. My parent organizations do both. They compete with Fox. Take my opinions for what they are worth.
PS_ WOuld FOx disclaim like that??????
