Yes, I just don't think you need to take over an entire country on the chance there may be camps there. If we knew there was a camp there, and Saddam wouldn't let us take it out, then we would have been justified in clearing our way to that camp by whatever means necessary. That wouldn' texplain the assault on Baghdad though.
