I came across this illegal over the weekend. The initials are "TCL". I am convinced that this came from the Springfield, IL area.

Turns out that my Grandfather (on my mother's side) ran several illegal places in and around Springfield, Illinois in the late 30's, early 40's.

This chip is from one of his establishments. "TCL" stands for Tull C. Lasswell. The chip is from Taylor.

I am looking for more info. Thanks for looking.
