TCR-9 is rapidly becoming a collectible in itself. Unless they go to press with a second edition, you might not find one in the near future.

The reason I am of this _opinion_ is that I searched around and found people who normally deal in the book and they said "sold out"

I did find it at CT Coins, very reasonable price and it included a dandy catalog of their products.
