Target. Most chain stores won't give cash donations. It all has to come from corporate. That is just one more reason stores like Wal-Mart and Home Depot are hurting small local companies and communities. Also, why didn't this guy give the response that he got from all the other chain retail stores that he asked. I'd say he asked an unenformed employee at that store and they didn't have the answer that he wanted so now he is out for vengence. My thoughts, Kelly
