The 500 turquoise chips are not all cancelled, Damon. The one in my NCV collection isn't. Those that are are usually drilled.

These were sent out to rated players as an incentive to come and play. Some did not use them, and a few saved them. I have the 1000 orange with the letter of invitation and of course, it's not drilled.

I believe the cancelled ones were probably drilled by the casino before they were finally disposed of but I don't have the facts on these Caesars Tahoe chips.
