To the terrorist, they are fighting a way and therefore PoW's. Don't even start the whole 'terrorist acts are not a recognised war' because the current conflict is not recognised either. The PoWs are PoWs to us but are dangerous, disruptive and therefore terrorists to the Iraqi leadership. I don't believe that but just want to point out the different perspective.
