I would bid on auction #3 because I really want the fish chip and could add some cheap chips to my collection or use them as traders. I have several auctions going right now that fall into this category. Someone may only neeeeeeeeed one of the chips and they get a bonus if they win the auction, albeit at a slightly higher price.
