Hey Charles, I hate to be a dummy, but how can we determine when a chip is too worn to trade in the RR? For those of us newbies who maybe are a bit unsure yet about chip condition...we certainly don't want to do the wrong thing and end up sending you back a disastrous RR like you received before...How much wear are we "allowed"? Thanks for all your trouble!!
