I'm just wondering if you were aware that while DIck Cheney was running Haliburton, the company sold more than $70 million worth of equippment to Saddam. And Cheney caled for the Clinton administration to lift the economic sanctions against Iraq so Haliburton could do more business with them. This was five years ago. Apparently he wasn't upset about human rights abuses.
ANd now we've invaded Iraq, and Haliburton just got a fat contract from the Pentagon to go in after we take over and help get the oil fields up and running again.
It's for reasons like this that I question this administration's alleged humanitarian motives.
