The difference is simple. I hated the $25 Hagar release. I own several of the chips. Would I use them against my neighbors ---or even my own children? I think not. Saddam would gladly take any opportunity he had to acquire AND distribute
those same chips freely.
At this point, we can only hope that Saddam cashes in all his chips.
