I remember reading about a Fireside Inn in Ely, Nevada in one of Doug Saito's old Chip Chat issues - the chip could be from there... or it could be from The Fireside in Patterson, California - The Gaming Table lists the Fireside in Patterson as having had "L" mold chips.
