There is also an issue of licensing the use of art from the Gone With the Wind poster.

It is my understanding that David Whalen has obtained permission to produce the brothel chips. I don't know if he is in fact producing these chips for Sam Heppler or, if he is, whether he has obtained permission to use the likenesses of these famous people.
